Power 1 Energy Company Announces NextVolt Launch into ERCOT Market
[Houston, TX – April 23, 2025] – The Power 1 Energy Company (“P1EC”) is pleased to announce that its retail energy brand, NextVolt Energy, has officially launched in the ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) market as of April 2025. Beginning with the Oncor service territory, and rolling out more broadly over the coming days and weeks, this expansion into Texas marks a significant milestone in NextVolt’s rapid national growth and reflects P1EC’s ongoing commitment to delivering scalable, customer-focused energy solutions in deregulated markets across the U.S.
With over 7 million households served in ERCOT, the Texas retail energy market presents a strategic opportunity for NextVolt to broaden its footprint while reinforcing its core values of transparency, loyalty, and customer trust.
